E141m private equity fund raising 
 
Impax Asset Management Group plc ("Impax") today announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Impax Asset Management Ltd,
has raised E141m of capital commitments for its second private equity fund, Impax New Energy Investors II LP ("NEF II"). 
 
As part of this fund raising, Impax has committed to invest E2m in NEF II. 
 
NEF II is focused on investment opportunities in independent power companies and projects in the renewable energy sector
across the European Union.
