Impax Environmental Markets to raise up to £140 million via C shares issue

Investment company Impax Environmental Markets PLC said it is raising up to £140 million through an issue of C shares to meet the continuing demand from existing shareholders and potential new investors.
It said it plans to offer one C share for every three ordinary shares held by existing shareholders. The company's current undiluted net assets stand at about £282 million.
